UK publish Investigatory Powers Bill nicknamed 'snoopers charter'

The British Home Secretary Theresa May has said police will not get automatic access to people's web browsing history under new rules being proposed this week.

The Investigatory Powers Bill is published in the UK on Wednesday and covers tools available to police and intelligence agencies to fight terrorism and serious crime.
