Slovenia's PM warns EU could fall apart over migration crisis

Slovenia's Prime Minister Miro Cerar has warned the EU could fall apart if it fails to tackle the migration crisis.

European Union leaders are holding a mini-summit in Brussels today to discus the issue.

Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia claim they will close their borders if the most popular destinations Germany and Austria shut theirs.

Almost 700,000 refugees have entered Europe so far this year with the numbers continuing to rise.

Amnesty International is warning of a humanitarian disaster if migrants are stranded at borders throughout the winter.
