Tony Blair has apologised for potentially contributing to the rise of the ISIS

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has apologised over certain aspects of the Iraq war and admitted that it may have contributed to the rise of ISIS.

In an interview that will air in the US later, he admitted there were mistakes made before invading the country in 2003, as well as in the aftermath.
