Five Palestinians shot dead in 24 hours

A Palestinian man's been shot dead in the latest in a wave of knife attacks on the West Bank.

The man was killed when he allegedly tried to stab an Israeli soldier in the city of Hebron.

Israeli authorities say it brings to five, the number of Palestinians shot dead during knife attacks in 24 hours.

It is reported that frustration continues to grow as Israel continues to build Jewish-only settlements throughout the West Bank.

This is in direct defiance with international law.
