Death toll rises to 22 after bombing in Afghanistan
The death toll from the bombing of a Médecins Sans Frontières hospital in Afghanistan has increased to 22.
The charity says it believes a war crime has been committed.
Three children and 12 aid workers are among the dead from Friday night's bombing.
MSF is calling for a full and transparent independent investigation into what happened, it has now withdrawn from the area after its centre was attacked yesterday morning.
