No agreement on relocation of refugees in Europe

A crisis meeting of EU justice and interior ministers has ended without agreement on proposals to relocate an extra 120,00 refugees throughout Europe.

A crisis meeting of EU justice and interior ministers has ended without agreement on proposals to relocate an extra 120,000 refugees throughout Europe.

The meeting formally agreed to earlier proposals to relocate 40,000 people from Italy and Greece.
