US woman pleads guilty in man's death after penis enlargement injection

A US woman has pleaded guilty to causing a man’s death by injecting silicone into his penis.

Kasia Rivera, 38, of East Orange, New Jersey, admitted Tuesday to delivering the silicone injection that killed Justin Street in May 2011.
