Chelsea Manning found guilty of breaking prison rules with Jenner magazine

Convicted US national security leaker Chelsea Manning was found guilty of violating prison rules, including having a copy of a magazine with Caitlyn Jenner on the cover.

The transgender Army private was also accused of having an expired tube of toothpaste, and will receive three weeks of recreational restrictions at the Kansas military prison where she is serving her 35-year sentence.
