Italian police arrest five in connection with migrant trafficking

Five people have been arrested in connection with the latest migrants tragedy in the Mediterranean.

Italian police have detained three Libyans and two Algerians in Palermo, Sicily, on suspicion of multiple homicide and human trafficking.
