British police hunt down man 'accidentally released'

Police in Britain are hunting a robber serving a nine-year jail term who was released from prison in error.

Ryan Byrne, 34, was mistakenly freed from Wandsworth Prison in south London, Scotland Yard said. He was sentenced to a total of nine years’ imprisonment earlier this year for burglary, robbery and theft.
