Former president George HW Bush has been released from a Maine hospital after falling at his summer home and breaking a bone in his neck.

Former president George HW Bush has been released from a Maine hospital after falling at his summer home and breaking a bone in his neck.

Spokesman Jim McGrath said that “a very grateful” Mr Bush had returned home from Maine Medical Centre after four days of treatment for a fractured vertebra.
