Police appeal after 'callous' attack on pensioner

An 82-year-old man was left injured on the floor after what police in England described as a “sickening” and “callous” attack on his own doorstep.

The pensioner was pinned to the ground by a man who had followed him into his building in Holborn, central London, and up in the lift, before stealing £100 and a number of bank cards.
