Man 'decapitated' near French city

A man has reportedly been decapitated at a gas plant near the French city of Grenoble. Several others are reported to have been injured.

There has also been a loud explosion followed by a fire.

Initial reports suggest an Islamist flag was found near the site of the attack.

The attacker was said to have been arrested.
