Heinz Ketchup has apologised after putting a QR code on its ketchup bottles which sent customers to an adult website.

The code was meant to send customers to a website for a special competition, but the website's address expired, and was bought by a website with blue movies.

It has apologised for the mistake and promised to be more careful in future.
