Man charged over pregnant woman's murder

A 26-year-old has been charged with murder and “child destruction” after a pregnant woman was found dead at a house in the UK.

Tariq Khan, from Bradford, was arrested following the discovery of 24-year-old Nadia Khan at a property in Holker Street, Manningham, Bradford, on Sunday.

West Yorkshire Police said he has been charged with murder and child destruction and will appear before Bradford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

A police spokesman said they have “asked for the media to respect their privacy at this tragic time”.
