Buildings rattle as 4.2 quake hits England

A magnitude 4.2 earthquake has been felt in parts of Kent, England, about 100kms east of London.

Seismologists at the British Geological Survey (BGS) confirmed the tremor, which was felt in areas including Ramsgate.
