US flights hit by iPad map App glitch

More than 50 American Airlines flights have been delayed in the past two days by a glitch in navigation-map software loaded on pilots’ iPads.

Pilots are having to delete and reinstall the map app, airline spokeswoman Andrea Huguely said.
