EU Ministers to discuss migrants issue

EU Foreign Affairs Ministers are meeting this morning to discuss the deaths of over 600 people in the Mediterranean sea.

The migrants had been fleeing Libya when their boat capsized off the coast of the Italian island of Lampedusa in the early hours of Sunday morning.
