Major cocaine trafficker held

Mexican marines and police have arrested a man authorities describe as a leading cocaine trafficker for Mexico’s Sinaloa drug cartel.

Mexico’s National Security Commissioner said Cesar Gastelum Serrano was arrested in the resort city of Cancun.
