Knox and Sollecito to learn today if murder convictions are upheld

Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito are expected to learn today at Italy's highest court if their convictions for the murder of British student Meredith Kercher are upheld.

The 21-year-old was stabbed to death in 2007 while studying in Perugia.
