Two people have been arrested in the north African enclave of Ceuta on suspicion of belonging to a jihadi terror cell and being prepared to carry out attacks in Spain, the Spanish Interior Ministry said today.

Two people have been arrested in the north African enclave of Ceuta on suspicion of belonging to a jihadi terror cell and being prepared to carry out attacks in Spain, the Spanish Interior Ministry said today.

A ministry statement said the arrests were connected to the detention of four others belonging to the same cell on January 24.
