Report: LA police caught on camera shooting 'homeless' man dead

Police officers in Los Angeles have reportedly shot and killed a homeless man in a struggle over an officer's weapon, according to the Los Angeles Times newspaper.

The shooting, which was captured on video (below) by a witness, occurred yesterday on skid row after the man "began fighting and physically resisting the officers", according to Commander Andrew Smith.
