Anger after Israeli PM tells Danish Jews to emigrate to Israel following attack

Copenhagen’s chief rabbi has attacked Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s call for the “massive immigration” of European Jews to his country following the deadly shooting near the Danish capital’s main synagogue.

And Danish prime minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt, vowing to “do everything we can to protect the Jewish community in our country”, said: “They belong in Denmark, they are a strong part of our community.”
