Man linked to Paris shootings held

Bulgarian authorities say they have arrested a French citizen believed to have links to one of the brothers suspected of the terror attack against the Charlie Hebdo magazine.

Fritz-Joly Joachin, 29, had two European arrest warrants against him, including one for participating in a criminal organisation with a terrorist aim, according to prosecutors in the southern province of Haskovo.
