Sister charged with baby brother's murder

Detectives investigating the death of a 14-month-old boy have charged his teenage sister and her partner with murder.

West Midlands Police said Tereza Lackova, 19, and Marek Holub, 27, would appear before magistrates in Birmingham later today accused of killing Santino Balaz.
