Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai has donated US$50,000 to rebuild a United Nations school in Gaza which was damaged during this summer’s Israel-Hamas war, the UN said.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said Malala was donating all the World’s Children’s Prize award which she collected in Sweden yesterday.
