Blind and deaf man pushed onto train tracks and punched trying to escape

Police in England have released shocking CCTV footage of a man pushing a blind and deaf man onto train tracks.

The British Transport Police (BTP) video shows the blind and deaf man being pushed off the platform at a train station in Essex and then punched as he tries to climb off the tracks.
