Mother of two-year-old boy poisoned by methadone charged with manslaughter

The mother of a two-year-old boy who died from methadone poisoning has been charged with manslaughter in the UK.

Kelly Emery, of Gravelly Hill, Erdington, Birmingham, will appear before magistrates in the city today charged with killing Fenton Hogan.
