Aid helicopter 'crashes while delivering supplies' in Iraq

An aid helicopter has crashed in northern Iraq while delivering supplies to the Sinjar mountains, according to Iraq state TV.

The pilot is thought to have been killed - with 20 other people injured, one of them a local Iraqi MP.
