Innocent 'murderer' imprisoned for 25 years suing New York

A man exonerated over a 1989 New York killing that happened while he was visiting Disney World plans to sue the city for $162m dollars.

Taylor Koss, a lawyer for Jonathan Fleming, who spent nearly 25 years behind bars, said he had filed a notice of claim with the city comptroller’s office – a first step towards suing.
