Man accused of kidnap and sexual abuse of three children

A man has been charged with kidnap and the sexual abuse of three children as young as eight in England, police have said.

The 34-year-old man, who has not been named by police, is charged with one count of kidnap, two counts of sexual assault against two children, and one count of attempted sexual assault against a third child.
