Two arrests over cyclist killed while on charity bike ride

Two people have been arrested in connection with the death of a cyclist in a car accident during a 24-hour charity ride.

More than £46,000 in donations have poured in to father-of-three Christian Smith’s JustGiving webpage since he was killed in the crash at about 4am on Saturday.
