Putin rules out further retaliation

President Vladimir Putin has said there is no need for Russia to further retaliate against US sanctions.

H e was speaking after President Barack Obama ordered a second round of sanctions targeting about two dozen members of Mr Putin’s inner circle and a major bank supporting them.
