Ukrainian military serviceman killed as Putin accuses West of cheating Russia

A Ukrainian military spokesman has said a serviceman was killed and another injured when a base in Crimea was stormed by armed men.

Vladislav Seleznev, a spokesman for the Ukrainian armed forces in Crimea, said on his Facebook page that the base in the Crimean capital Simferopol was stormed by unknown armed men.
