Toronto mayor Ford: I wouldn't know Kevin Spacey if I ran over him

Toronto mayor Rob Ford has claimed he would not know Kevin Spacey “if I ran over him,” a week after the House Of Cards star poked fun at the mayor when both appeared on a late night talk show.

Spacey appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on March 2 after Ford did a brief cameo on the show a day before his scheduled interview.
