Honeymoon murder suspect takes extradition fight to Supreme Court

Honeymoon murder suspect Shrien Dewani is to continue his battle to delay his extradition to South Africa to face charges of arranging his wife’s murder.

It has been confirmed that he will apply to the British High Court to try to get the case heard by the UK's Supreme Court, the highest in the land.
