Helicopters drop bombs on Aleppo killing 46 people

At least 46 people have been killed in a barrel bomb attack in Syria.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports that Syrian regime helicopters dropped explosive packed barrels on rebel-held areas of the northern city of Aleppo.
