Lawyers for a retired police officer accused of shooting dead a man who was texting during a movie will be able to see surveillance video from the Florida cinema after a judge ordered prosecutors to turn over the footage.

The video is expected to show 71-year-old Curtis Reeves entering the cinema in Wesley Chapel, near Tampa, on January 13 to watch 'Lone Survivor' and the shooting of Chad Oulsen, 43, and the wounding of his wife.
