UAE president 'suffers stroke'

The president of the United Arab Emirates has suffered a stroke and undergone surgery, according to the country’s state news agency.

The official WAM news agency reported today that Sheik Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan is now “stable,” citing a statement from the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.
