Hollande's partner to stay in hospital

French president Francois Hollande’s partner is to stay in hospital for several more days, recovering from the shock of discovering his secret affair with an actress.

Valerie Trierweiler’s chief of staff, Patrice Biancone, said she could be be in for another six or eight more days.
