Thousands march in Kiev protest over EU agreement

Tens of thousands of anti-government demonstrators are marching through Ukraine’s capital to protest the president’s refusal to sign an agreement with the European Union (EU).

The demonstrators are singing the national anthem and chanting “Ukraine is Europe” while waving EU and Ukrainian flags.
