Leaked oil from a ruptured oil pipe caught fire and exploded today in an eastern Chinese port, killing at least 22 and injuring others.

A district government in the port of Qingdao said the oil pipeline owned by China’s largest oil refiner Sinopec ruptured and, while being repaired, caught fire and exploded.
