Mayor of Toronto lands himself in more hot water

The Mayor of Toronto in Canada is in more hot water.

A new video has surfaced showing Rob Ford in a rage, using threatening words including "kill" and "murder."

Ford said that he was "very, very inebriated" in the tape - the context of which is unknown.

The new video appears a week after police obtained another one that appears to show him smoking a crack pipe.

On Tuesday he finally admitted smoking the drug in a drunken stupor last year.
