Israeli girl, 9, shot while playing in West Bank

A nine-year-old Jewish girl has been shot and seriously injured while playing outside in the West Bank, Israeli police said today.

Spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said the girl was hit in the upper body by a single shot as she played outside in the settlement of Psagot.
