Man pleads guilty to slapping crying child on plane

A man in the U.S. has pleaded guilty to slapping a child who was crying on a plane.

Joe Rickey Hundley's lawyer said he simply snapped and hit a one and a half year old boy under the right eye on the flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta.

He has been charged with assault, and potentially faces a year in prison.
