Clean-up workers at Fukushima spill four tonnes of radioactive water
Workers trying to clean-up the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan have spilled four tonnes of radioactive water.
Tepco - the company responsible for the clean-up operation - said the spill is likely to contaminate soil and groundwater.
News of the leak comes after the Japanese Government last month said that the radiation levels at the plant - which was crippled in the 2011 tsunami - are far higher than previously thought.
