Catholic priest in Tanzanian acid attack
Tanzanian police have said a Catholic priest was attacked by acid at a busy business area on the island of Zanzibar.
The priest, Rev. Joseph Anselmo Mwagambwa, was attacked by acid which badly injured his face, chest, thighs and legs.
This is the fifth acid attack on Zanzibar since November.
Last month two young British women doing volunteer work were injured when an assailant threw acid in their faces.
Police have not yet made any arrests for the attacks.
