UN chief believes chemical weapons were used in Damascus attack

The United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon is predicting a UN report will confirm that chemical weapons were used in an attack near Damascus last month.

It is estimated that 1,400 people were killed although the Syrian regime denies launching the attack.
