Ban Ki-moon 'troubled' over chemical weapons allegations in Damascus attack

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has said he is "troubled" by allegations that chemical weapons were used in an attack near Damascus.

Opposition groups in Syria claim more than 1,000 people died in the incident on Wednesday.
