Facebook CEO Zuckerberg lauches plan to lower cost of mobile data

Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg has launched a new initiative aimed at bringing internet access to more than four billion people who still don't have it.

The social network has teamed up with Ericsson, MediaTek, Nokia, Opera, Qualcomm and Samsung, among others, to lower the cost of mobile data.
